WAIDE Awards Entry Fees
WAIDE Awards entry fees are designed to support the administration, evaluation, digital infrastructure and international publication of the awards programme. The fee applicable to an entry depends on the participant type, category and submission period shown in the official WAIDE entry system.
How WAIDE Entry Pricing Works
WAIDE may use different fee levels for different entry windows and participant groups. Earlier submission periods may offer more advantageous pricing, while Student / Emerging entries may follow a separate reduced-fee structure. The price displayed in the official entry flow at the time of submission is the applicable participation fee for that entry.
Founding Access
WAIDE has planned a limited Founding Access offer for the first generation of participants in the 2027 Founding Edition. Where available, Founding Access is identified separately within the official entry information and is subject to its published availability and conditions.
Student / Emerging Pricing
Student and emerging-talent entries are intended to remain more accessible than standard professional submissions. The exact fee depends on the current submission period and the conditions of the Student / Emerging programme.
What the Entry Fee Covers
The entry fee covers the processing of the submission, eligibility review, inclusion in the judging workflow and the digital administration of the awards process. Awarded entries receive the digital recognition included in the applicable programme terms.
Optional Products and Services
Certain optional products or services may be offered separately from the standard entry fee. These can include premium physical trophies, additional jury feedback or other enhanced services where available. Optional purchases do not improve a project’s score and do not influence the jury decision.
Multiple Categories or Multiple Projects
If a project is entered into more than one eligible category, or if a participant submits several projects, each entry may require a separate registration and fee unless a specific package or promotion states otherwise.
Taxes and Payment Currency
Applicable taxes, payment currency and payment-processing information are displayed during checkout where relevant. Participants should review the total amount shown before confirming payment.
Before You Pay
Check the selected category, participant type, current entry period and total price before completing the transaction. Also review the submission rules and refund policy, because entry fees are connected to the processing of a specific award submission.
Where to Find the Current Fee
The current WAIDE 2027 fee is shown on the official Fees page and within the submission flow. If a promotional or Founding offer is active, its conditions and availability should be displayed before payment.
