Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.
1. Operator and scope
WAIDE is operated by Mikalai Zamotsin, Borkowska 5/8, 80-180 Gdańsk, Poland; NIP 9571162887; REGON 526319355; waide.ecosystem@gmail.com; +48 571 288 439. These Terms govern use of worldarchitecturedesign.com, accounts, project submissions, paid competition entry and related services. These Terms apply together with the Competition Rules and the category-specific conditions disclosed before payment.
2. Contract and eligibility
An entrant submits an order by completing the required fields, reviewing the final price and selecting the button clearly indicating an obligation to pay. WAIDE confirms receipt electronically. A binding paid-entry contract is formed when WAIDE accepts the order and confirms payment, subject to applicable mandatory law. Entrants acting for a studio or company confirm their authority to do so. Entrants must submit accurate information and materials they are authorised to use.
3. Services and no guaranteed outcome
The fee pays for entry administration, eligibility review and professional evaluation of an eligible submission, together with any expressly described benefits. Payment does not purchase an award, shortlist position, publication, business opportunity or favourable jury assessment. WAIDE may request corrections where the submission is incomplete.
4. Prices and taxes
The current entry price, applicable discounts, VAT or other applicable taxes, and the final total are shown before the order is placed. Tax treatment may depend on the customer’s location, status and the nature of the service. Third-party payment processors may handle transactions. Invoices and receipts are issued as required by applicable law.
5. Consumer withdrawal
Where mandatory law grants a consumer a right to withdraw from a distance service contract, the consumer may normally withdraw within 14 days of contract conclusion, subject to applicable statutory exceptions. If the consumer expressly requests performance during that period, proportionate payment for services actually performed may be due upon withdrawal where legally permitted. The right can be lost after full performance only if all applicable statutory conditions have been met. See the Refund, Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy and model withdrawal form. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Refunds and changes
The Refund, Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy applies. Not winning or not being shortlisted does not by itself entitle an entrant to a refund. Material changes to an accepted paid entry will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights. If WAIDE cancels a paid category without a materially equivalent service, affected participants will be offered an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.
7. Intellectual property
Entrants retain rights to their original materials. They warrant they hold the necessary rights, licences and permissions, including rights relating to photographs and persons depicted. Entrants grant WAIDE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use submitted materials for evaluation, competition-related publication, archival and WAIDE promotional activities, including reasonable resizing and caption editing, for the term of protection of the licensed rights unless a shorter mandatory limit applies. WAIDE does not acquire ownership. Credits will be given where practicable. Entrants must not submit confidential materials they lack permission to disclose.
8. Judging and integrity
Evaluation follows the published Competition Rules. Jury decisions are professional judgments; procedural complaints concerning administrative errors, eligibility and conflicts of interest may be raised as described in the Rules. WAIDE may reject or disqualify submissions involving material falsehood, infringement or attempted manipulation, following proportionate review.
9. Accounts and availability
Users must safeguard account credentials and provide a working email address. WAIDE may conduct necessary maintenance and security controls. Availability may be affected by maintenance or events outside reasonable control. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
10. Complaints
Send complaints to waide.ecosystem@gmail.com with the order reference, issue and requested remedy. WAIDE will acknowledge and respond in accordance with applicable law; consumer complaints will be handled within the mandatory period where one applies.
11. Privacy and marketing
Personal data are handled under the Privacy Policy. Transactional messages relating to a purchase or competition are part of the service. Optional marketing is governed by applicable consent and objection rules.
12. Liability and law
Nothing excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Polish law governs these Terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under applicable law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts under applicable jurisdiction rules. Business-to-business jurisdiction may be determined by the Operator’s registered place of business where legally permissible.
13. Versions and contact
The version presented at purchase is retained for that order. Updates apply prospectively unless lawful grounds require otherwise. Contact: Mikalai Zamotsin, Borkowska 5/8, 80-180 Gdańsk, Poland; NIP 9571162887; REGON 526319355; waide.ecosystem@gmail.com; +48 571 288 439.
